Cancellation Policy
Clients must notify PLANTEDhouse of any cancellations or requests to reschedule a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Failure to do so may incur a fee of up to 100% of the service cost. This policy ensures we can continue to provide timely, quality care to all of our clients.
